RE/MAX DECK COATING
On this project we were hired to remove work another contractor had begun and then properly install a waterproof deck coating.

It was important that we understood the customer's circumstance. They had hired another contractor to install this coating. The contractor used improper products and procedures. The end result was a very thick tar like substance that looked terrible.
CLARIFY
We took the time to explain each step of the process for both removing and installing the new deck coating. This was going to be messy work and we needed the customer to be prepared to block off certain areas entirely so that the mess could be contained.
SOLVE
The customer wound up with a durable and pleasing to the eye deck coating they could use for outdoor meetings and presentations.
