OUR PROCESS AT WORK
LISTEN
This project began with an all hands meeting with the General Contractor. This meeting happened almost 1 year before we began. In this meeting we listened to not only the general contractor but also from the company pouring the concrete that we would be polishing, the heads of the school district and the architect. Our note taking was considerable and detailed.
CLARIFY
After the initial meeting we found it necessary to reach out to each of the stakeholders and provide some documentation on “Ideal” steps for concrete polishing. We needed to clarify all the issues that can not be fixed by concrete polishing so that the end result would meet the customers expectations.
SOLVE
After a year of working closely with the general contractor on this project, we delivered a beautiful concrete polish on time.
